Dennis Asis
Registered Licensed Filipino Architect

My career began at Makati Development Corporation, a leading Philippine-based general contractor for Ayala Land Corporation. From 2010 to 2014, I served as an Autocad Draftsman, where I honed my technical skills and developed a strong foundation in architectural drafting. My dedication and proficiency earned me a promotion to Field Architect from 2014 to 2015, where I successfully managed several high-end residential mass housing and land development projects.

On January 2015, I achieved a significant milestone by passing the Architecture Licensure Examination, becoming a Registered and Licensed Filipino Architect. This accomplishment paved the way for my role at the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, where I served as an Architect-Researcher from 2017 to 2018. During this period, I was entrusted with the conservation projects of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the Sta. Maria and Paoay Church in Vigan, Philippines. Additionally, I oversaw the restoration of historical civic structures in Laguna and Sorsogon City under the Historic Preservation Division.

Since 2016, I have been a respected faculty member at De La Salle University Dasmariñas in Cavite, Philippines, where I impart my knowledge and practical experience to aspiring architects.

My diverse experiences and commitment to excellence have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of architecture design, academic teaching and historical preservation.
